Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Brizefire Business Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing, lead generation, and automation services. Since our services involve manual labor, technical setup, and non-refundable advertising spends, we have established the following policy:
1. Service Setup & Management Fees
• Non-Refundable: Once the project has officially started (strategy finalized, ad accounts connected, or automation setup initiated), the service fee is non-refundable.
• Reason: Our team invests significant time and resources in the research and technical setup phase of your project.
2. Advertising Budget (Meta/Google Ads)
• Brizefire Business Solutions has no control over the funds paid directly to advertising platforms like Facebook (Meta) or Google.
• Any budget spent on ads is 100% non-refundable as it is consumed by the respective platforms in real-time.
3. Subscription Cancellations
• Clients can choose to cancel their monthly subscription at any time.
• To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be sent at least 7 days before the renewal date.
• Partial refunds for the remaining days of an active month are not provided.
4. Technical Issues & Delays
• If we are unable to start your campaign within 10 working days due to a fault at our end (excluding delays caused by client's lack of documentation or platform-side approvals), a full refund of the service fee will be processed.
5. No Guarantees on Conversions
• We guarantee professional setup, audience targeting, and lead flow. However, as sales depend on the client's product quality, pricing, and sales team follow-up, we do not offer refunds based on the lack of sales/conversions.
